T. Rogers Design offers fabrication, design, installation and repair services for commercial, fishing, pleasure, patrol and emergency vessels. We handle all types of custom aluminum, carbon steel, copper nickel, and stainless steel metalwork. Fuel, water and waste tanks are tested to meet US Coast Guard regulations. We also designed and built to ABS/NVR and US Mil Spec Standards as required by project.

Tanks

    We build our tanks to USGC specifications including CFR 46 "T" and meet or exceed NMMA and ABYC standards.
    ​All of our tanks are 100% pressure tested in accordance with USCG 33 CFR 183.510(a)
